What can I expect from the Dollface Dames?
Lola Boutee Presents brings you a different show every event featuring all star LA artists and touring performers so you never see the same show twice. Enjoy a rotating mixture of burlesque stars, comedians, magicians, fire performers, variety artists, & more!
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The exhibition will be held in:
TRiP Santa Monica: indoor venue
Attitude Lounge: indoor venue
Saint & Sinner: indoor & outdoor open air venue
How long does the experience last?
TRiP-Live Music 8-9pm, Show 9:15-11pm
Attitude Lounge 9:30-11pm
Saint & Sinner seating 8pm, Show 8:30-10:15pm
Is there air conditioning?
Yes.
Is the experience accessible for deaf people?
Yes we’ve had deaf people attend our shows before as they can experience it visually but we do not have special accommodations
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange seating.
Will there be strobe lights?
No. If strobes are used during a performance, an announcement would precede the act.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Attitude Lounge & Saint & Sinner: yes, food is served
TRiP: beverages only
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Ticket tiers vary based on ticket selection.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes.
Are there vegan or gluten free options available?
Attitude Lounge: full Vegan menu & gluten free options
Saint & Sinners: currently updating their menu but options can be altered to accommodate.
Regarding the tickets
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, if the event is not sold-out.
Where can I get tickets?
On the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store
On the Fever website
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Regarding the access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
It is recommended that you arrive before the show begins to find seating.
What happens if I arrive late?
You will still be able to enter the venue. Seating options may be limited at that time, and tables may be released if parties arrive after the show begins.
Can I bring animals?
No.
Is there an age requirement?
Saint & Sinner: suggested 18&over
Attitude Lounge & TRiP: 21 & over with valid ID.
Is the venue ADA compliant?
Yes.
Is there parking available?
TRiP: no parking at the venue. Free metered parking after 6pm on both sides of the street and street parking on side streets. Please pay attention to street signs.
Attitude Lounge: no parking at the venue. Free metered parking after 8pm on both sides of the street and cross street Robertson and surrounding areas. Please pay attention to street signs. Parking lots are available in the area but pay attention to closure times.
Saint & Sinner: Small parking lot at venue & street parking.
What if the weather is bad?
All events will still happen.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Flash photography, alcohol, anything which may disturb the other patrons.
Are wheelchairs available to rent?
No.
